This notice explains how Energy Rigging collects, uses and stores personal data submitted by candidates through our CV upload form or by direct application. Submitting your CV does not guarantee employment or a placement offer.

• • Role applied for and relevant qualifications
• • CV document and any uploaded certification files
• • Any additional information provided in the application message

3. How we use candidate data

• • To contact you regarding relevant opportunities
• • To verify qualifications and compliance documentation
• • To present your profile to clients where a suitable project arises (with your knowledge)

4. Retention

6. No guarantee of employment

Submitting a CV to Energy Rigging does not constitute an offer of employment or a guarantee of a project placement. We will contact candidates when a suitable opportunity arises.
