Energy Rigging

Contractor Compliance & Mobilisation

Energy Rigging understands that successful mobilisation is about more than supplying suitable personnel. It requires clear documentation, appropriate competency evidence, transparent engagement arrangements and close coordination between the client, worker and supply chain.

We support clients across energy, industrial, infrastructure and heavy construction projects by helping ensure personnel are prepared for the relevant role, site and project requirements before mobilisation.

Each requirement is reviewed against the specific needs of the project, including the role required, project location, client onboarding process, site standards and anticipated mobilisation date.

Our Compliance Approach

Our compliance and mobilisation support may include:

  • CV and relevant work-history review
  • Review of role-specific competency, training and qualification evidence
  • Identification and right-to-work checks where required
  • Review of client and site onboarding documentation
  • Confirmation of project-specific compliance requirements
  • Coordination of mobilisation information between the client and worker
  • Ongoing communication where certification, project requirements or worker availability changes

Requirements can vary by client, project, country and site. Energy Rigging supports the mobilisation process but does not replace the client's own site approval, induction, employment-status assessment or compliance procedures.

IR35 & Off-Payroll Working

Energy Rigging supports clear and compliant engagement arrangements across the labour supply chain.

Where a worker provides services through an intermediary, such as their own limited company, we work with the relevant client, worker and supply-chain parties to support the appropriate application of the off-payroll working rules, commonly known as IR35.

IR35 status is assessed on an engagement-by-engagement basis. It must reflect the specific contractual terms and the actual working practices on the project.

Where required, Energy Rigging supports the communication and administration of relevant employment-status information through the supply chain, including Status Determination Statements provided by the responsible client organisation.

Where an engagement is assessed as inside IR35, the relevant payment arrangements and PAYE responsibilities must be applied by the appropriate party in the labour supply chain.

Energy Rigging is committed to working with clients and workers in a transparent manner to support properly documented, compliant and practical workforce arrangements.

Engagement-by-engagement assessment

IR35 status is determined individually, reflecting the specific contractual terms and actual working practices on each project.

We support the communication and administration of employment-status information, including Status Determination Statements.

Site-Ready Personnel

We understand the importance of personnel arriving prepared for the realities of site-based work.

Before mobilisation, we work to ensure that workers understand the role, project location, anticipated start date, shift pattern or rotation, relevant documentation requirements and client onboarding process. This helps clients reduce avoidable delays and gives workers a clearer understanding of the expectations before they attend site.

Project-Specific Requirements

Every project is different. Whether you require one specialist, an urgent short-term requirement or a complete lifting team for a long-term programme, Energy Rigging will work with you to understand the relevant delivery and compliance requirements.

Our focus is on supplying dependable rigging and lifting personnel while supporting a structured, practical mobilisation process.
